%%%%%Mounting Instructions – (NOTE: 400 cc and 800cc models have different mounting plates! 400cc models

use 3 90 degree bends and the KXP plungers mount in the rail edge with TWO holes)

1. Attach the (2) KXP Expansion Plungers to the Metal Adaptor Plate (800cc model shown). Snug the

handles only, if compressed too much the Expansion Plungers will not fit in the bed rail.

2. Place both brackets into the bed rail at your desired location and tighten the plungers.

3. Set the box on top of the brackets and mark mounting hole locations with a marker. These points

will be drilled for the 5/16” Hardware. Loosen KXP plungers, remove the plate and drill the box.

4. Secure the box to the bracket using the hardware provided. Install the truss head bolts through the

bracket and secure with the large flat washers and nylon nuts on the INSIDE of the box
